Reimagining Classic Coca Cola Ads With a Modern Twist

This commercial was produced in 1971. Since then we have seen astounding changes in technology, but little diversity in advertising. Surely the two can be combined to create a great revamped version of the above commercial and others like it?

Introducing Project Re: Brief, by Google. What they have done is taken four classic advertisements, and brought them back to life by using the technological capabilities of today.

For Coca-Cola, the concept for the above commercial was that it brings people together. Using a network of Coca-Cola vending machines around the world (including South Africa, Argentina and America), people can gift a can and include either a text or video message to someone in an entirely different country.
